I’m Anthony Alegrete. I’m an entrepreneur, founder, and brand builder with nearly three decades of experience building companies, leading teams, and turning ideas into execution.
Over the last 28 years, I’ve launched companies, built national brands, created social equity initiatives, and raised three kids while navigating every season of growth, pressure, and responsibility that comes with building something from scratch. I’ve made mistakes, including serving time for cannabis related offenses. I don’t lead with that chapter, but I don’t hide from it either. It’s part of my journey, not my identity.

I didn’t start with capital or connections. What I had was work ethic, curiosity, and a strong wife who helped me build everything I’ve ever built. From scaling a logistics operation with Amazon Prime Now, to founding a national nonprofit focused on children’s health, to co building one of the most visible social equity cannabis brands in the country, I’ve learned the kind of lessons you only earn by showing up, failing forward, and staying in the game long enough to get good.
I’ve coached founders, mentored teams, and spoken on stages across the country. I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies and scrappy startups, written pitches, closed deals, built brands, and helped businesses grow from the ground up.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees while raising a family and building companies in real time.
Today, I’m a lifelong learner focused on mindset, leadership, and execution. I’ve read over 1,000 books and believe in sharing what I’ve learned to help others move faster, make better decisions, and avoid costly mistakes.
What drives me now is building a life of meaning, helping others grow mentally, physically, and financially, and creating a legacy my kids can be proud of.
I’ve made my share of mistakes, many of which I learned from inside the belly of the beast. But I’ve never let those moments define who I am. My story is about perseverance, hard work, open communication, and following through on what I commit to.
The road to success isn’t a straight line! It’s a series of sharp turns, detours, and breakdowns that force you to learn how to drive better. I took a nontraditional path to get where I am today, and that’s exactly what sets me apart.
I’m a team player. I’ve played the Kobe Bryant role, leading from the front and carrying the weight. But I’m just as comfortable playing the Dennis Rodman role, doing the gritty, unglamorous work that helps the team win.
